    90 DAY WARRANTY

    Teseo Barcelona offers a standard 90-day warranty from the date of purchase covering basic manufacturing defects.

    Teseo Barcelona’s 90-day warranty does not cover the following items:

    Lost items or parts.
    Physical damage or damage due to normal wear and tear, including stretching.
    Water damage.
    Degradation of plating due to exposure to oils, perfumes, soaps or other external elements.
    Sale of marked down items or samples.
    A copy of the purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase and to validate this warranty. Please email (info@teseobarcelona.com) for warranty repair or exchange assistance.

    Shipping and delivery policy

    Teseo Barcelona items are shipped from Barcelona Monday through Friday, except on Spanish holidays.
    We do not ship on weekends and will not be able to provide a tracking number on those days.
    Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the next open business day.
    All Teseo Barcelona items ordered are insured by us until the time of delivery.
    Once your order is processed and shipped, a secondary confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to your inbox. If you have any problems receiving this email:
    Please check your inbox for any follow-up emails after your order has been placed to ensure your request is processed.
    Please check your junk mail.
    DELIVERY TIME BY DESTINATION

    In Spain we offer free delivery (in the peninsula and the Balearic Islands) by Correos. We will send your order within 2 to 3 working days after your purchase.
    For European Union countries, we offer free delivery by correos within 3 to 5 working days after your purchase. 
    For countries outside the European Union, we offer free delivery within 5 to 8 business days following your purchase. we offer an express delivery too within 3 to 5 business days following your purchase, it costs 20 euros.
    If a package is returned due to a refusal of the customs fees and taxes paid, a refund will not be applicable.
    Customs in some countries may charge additional fees to your order.
